China Mobilisation Team Member
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB The Mobilisation Team Member will be part of the China Delivery Center Mobilisation Team. The role of this team is to support the winning and lead and execute transition of new deals in the China Delivery Center (DC) and to participate in ad-hoc projects focused on Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Quality in close cooperation with the Centre and deal management.
The work of Mobilisation team covers two key areas: Solution Planning and Mobilisation. Solution Planning is the process of identifying the "as is" for particular Client deal and designing the "to be" as it will be delivered out of the Delivery Centre, while Mobilisation is the project management and execution of the transition of new deals in the Centre.
The Member will work across both areas, and will be required to learn the associated Company methodologies. Initially, it is envisioned that the bulk of the Member’s work will be in the Mobilisation. As the team grows, the Member will be able to specialize more in a particular area or areas of expertise.
Education & Working Experience Bachelor degree or its equivalent Minimum 6 years of working experience in large multi-national companies Background in business processes (accounting and finance, HR, logistics, procurement, quality, infrastructure…) Background in delivering change projects within large multi-national organizations. Experience may include organization design, process design and implementation, organization and service measurement, facilities planning and implementation, service management design and implementation, quality design and implementation. Project Management experience required Excellent English skills required (both oral and written English) Japanese skills is an advantage Operational management experience, particularly in an Outsourcing or in an internal business process is an advantage. Experience of managing others preferred Experience of working in diverse cultural environment required Minimum 1 year experience of the following: either accounting and finance, or HR, logistics, procurement, quality, infrastructure, delivering change projects, project management and operational management experience respectively but can be concurrent |
