Responsibility:
§Act as team leader for small team (4-6), providing allocation of work and technical guidance
§Take ownership of timely delivery and quality of team deliverables. Review outputs from team, perform code reviews, designs reviews, testing scripts etc.
§Develop software designs and associated test plans for unit and integration testing
§Act as a senior developer, performing coding duties where required
§Team planning including estimation of effort required for design, development and testing of system components and modules
Qualification:
§Bachelor Degree
§4-6 years IT experiences
§Be familiar with COBOL, JCL on IBM or Hitachi mainframe
§Understanding of development using an RDBMS – Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/UDBKnowledge of the software development lifecycle
§Good written and verbal Japanese
§Team Player
§Flexible
§Experience on working on medium to large scale integration projects is preferable
