 职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
1.Service Line (Skill/ Technology) aligned: Be fully familiar with all offerings and sub-offerings in assigned Service Line, and with the standard methodologies for solutioning same. Interact with GD (Global Development) Service Line Leaders to keep abreast of new offerings in development, and contribute to same both from the perspective of incorporating Japan specific requirements into new requirements and ‘japanizing’ existing assets/offerings
2.Interlock with GD Sector SLs to provide detailed solution, estimates, cost case for the global delivery work. Prepare the detailed solutioning for all GD solution components identified by the GD Sector Solutioning Leaders. Develop all GD related proposal content to be incorporated in the customer RFP response. Identify and raise additional opportunities for GD content in deals being solutioned, and discuss as appropriate with GD Sector Solution Leaders
3.Provide Resource and Capacity Planning regular updates with regard to numbers, skills, and odds of deals being solutioned, and ensure that this data is properly updated in the demand capture tool of record (PMP or other)
4.Interlock on solution with GDC Delivery: apprise GDC Delivery team of detailed solution, prior to finalizing in proposal. Notify GDC Solution Leader of instances in which Delivery is not in agreement, so that an executive review can be undertaken prior to finalizing proposal content.
5.Solution non Japan deals: Perform end to end solutioning of non staff aug deals coming in from US/EMEA/other AP. Serve as QA function on staff aug deals being submitted from these geos as well as from GDD channel.

Qualifications:
1.5+ years of experience in assigned technical area
2.Technical delivery background
3.Prior experience solutioning large, complex SI engagements
4.Prior engagement experience – understanding of Company engagement processes
5.Knowledge of SOA technology and principles and Company’s SOA strategy is desirable
6.English fluency – CET Level 6 or better
7.Working knowledge of Japanese language is a plus (even level 3)
