GBS Rational Center of Excellence Leader
Description:
Lead the Rational Center of Excellence for the GS-RAP program, aligning the regional IOT/Geo Center of Competencies into a federation of Rational expertise. Responsible for setting direction in the following areas:
Promote the use of Rational tools and align Rational the default toolset in Global Business Services
Define a standard set of enablement capabilities and COC accreditation standards across all GBS
Enable common asset reuse and harvesting across COCs, practices, global deployment & support teams
Provide consistent tool positioning across Global Services
As a Primus, lead Coordination and alignment of the federation of legitimate.
Background: Desire current Center of Competency Leader with deep technical expertise, solid knowledge of Rational technologies and process, passionate about transforming IGS services delivery
Skills/Expertise in Rational:
PD Skills Assessments level 2 or higher in 2 or more Rational tools
Desired Certification in 1 or more Rational Tools
Develop skills and knowledge of others
Expert and/or resource in his/her area of expertise
Provide instruction/training on Rational tools
Awareness of GBS initiatives in methods, processes, and tooling related to Rational
Candidates must have good communication skill in English both oral and written.
