NATURE AND SCOPE:
The General Manager reports directly to The President of AGS. The GM manages executive staff and heads of functional departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the Establishment & Achievement of profitable growth of AGS's Finishing facility in China

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Manages the operational and financial activities of the plant in China . This will involve ensuring that Castings supplied by Foundries in China meet the Quality standard of AGS's customers both in China & Export Markets
? Participates, as appropriate, in the development of long and short-range plans and policies.
? Reviews and appraises the results of activities and ensures appropriate action is taken to resolve unsatisfactory conditions.
? Liaises with company senior executives, especially in the area of preparation of forecasts and budgets to meet overall objectives of the company.
? Maintains appropriate communications within and between the various functional areas involved and arranges for headquarters advice and counsel as required.

【职位要求】
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Good spoken & written English
? Preferably Qualified & Experienced in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Steel Casting Technology
- Quality Systems
- Heat Treatment of Castings
- Weld Repair of Castings
- Steel Casting Metallurgy
资格 ：

EXPERIENCE:
? Extensive management experience at senior level in a foundry or metal manufacturing Co.
? Proven experience in coordinating activities and contributing to meeting of an organisation's strategic objectives.
? Extensive experience in one or more of the following functions
? Steel Foundry Operations
? Quality Systems
? Heat Treatment of Castings
? Weld Repair of Castings
? Steel Casting Metallurgy
? Occupational Health and Safety Regulatory Training and/or experience in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control of Risk for:
? Plant Safety
? Dangerous Goods
? Hazardous Substances
? Confined Spaces
? Manual Handling
? Prevention of Falls

SALARY:
? To be negotiated but total remuneration is unlikely to be an obstacle for a well qualified candidate.
? Total compensation to include Competitive Base Salary plus a Bonus based on the profitability of the whole of AGS. Bonus targeted at 25% of base salary
