Job Description:
-Financial control
Ensure the budget spending is meeting requirement.
-Performance management
-Ensure all SOW are met or exceeded
-Establish quality control system and apply it to all process.
-People management/development
-Provide leadership in creating the winning work culture.
-Selecting, monitoring, developing high potential/high performer in the team -Leadership team development for future growth
-Transition Management
-Responsible for center growth by co-operating with transition team. Providing resource in advance, engage with the project design at earlier stage.
-Customer Relationship Management
-Develop and maintain customer relationships -Customers escalation management.
Qualifications
Your profile:
1. Fluency in English, especially oral English.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience on Marketing, Foreign trade, or Finance, etc.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience on team management of more than 50 direct reports.
4. Will take priority with working experience in BPO industry or multi-national company.
5. Skillful at Word/Excel/Access/Powerpoint
6. Accept night shift
1、英语精通，口语流利。
2、具备5年以上销售、贸易、金融等方面的相关工作经验
3、具备2年以上管理50人以上团队的经验
4、最好有BPO行业或在跨国企业、欧美公司的工作经验
5、熟练使用Windows OS、MS office等软件
6、能做常年大夜班。 |
