工作内容：
- 根据业务部门管理和发展需要建立、执行并完善公司业务部门的内部培训体系，并负责一线销售以及销售管理人员的培训
- 负责设计、开发各类培训课程，提升业务队伍的综合素质和专业表现
- 组织和管理公司业务部门的各类内部培训活动
- 深入了解市场动态以及业务部门的需求，开发和设计相应销售工具，协助业务队伍提升绩效
- 与其他部门的沟通协调工作
- 交办的其它任务和工作
任职要求：
- 本科或以上学历，管理或相关专业毕业，优秀的英语读写听能力
- 5年以上知名企业内部培训管理工作经验或具备较强的销售管理工作背景，在销售管理和内部培训方面有丰富的经验
- 有培训和发展经理及高级人才培训经验者优先考虑
- 掌握国内外先进的培训思想和方法，有企业内部培训体系的建立和执行经验，具备一定的授课能力
- 优秀的沟通能力和判断能力，善于深入了解需求并给予准确的判断和定位
- 出色的计划能力和组织协调能力，有大型活动组织策划经验
- 丰富的团队建设和管理经验
- 热爱培训工作、良好的亲和力，性格开朗，能在压力下工作
Responsibilities:
- Building, executive and improving corporation’s internal training system to meet the various departments’ demand of management and development. Mainly focuses on the training for front salesmen and sales officers.
- In charge of designing and developing training lecture to continually dedicate to improving team’s ability and professional behaviors.
- Organizing and managing veracious internal training activities for business departments.
- Deeply understand market tends and needs of business departments. Invent or find the way to help the business team continuously improve performances.
- Communicating and cooperating with others departments.
- Other tasks and jobs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree. Majored in management or related subject. Good command of English
- More than five years of leading enterprise internal training management work experience or excellent sales management ability, wealth work experience of management and internal training.
- Command of advance training thoughts and method, experiences of establishing and executing internal training systems and ability in giving lectures.
- Excellent ability of communication and judgment abilities. Good at analyzing demands profoundly, making correct judgment and giving suitable advice.
- Excellent ability in planning and organizing, experience of organizing large activities.
- Wealth team building and management experience.
- Have passion for training. Easy gonging, Open and be able to work under pressure.
- Experience of organizing successful training courses, being developing manager or training advanced talents preferred. |
