 职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:-

-Assist Quality &process manager to establish manufacturing processes for new products
-Speed and methodology for introduction of new products into manufacturing
-Drive continuous improvements in the manufacturing operation
-Focus on the Soft Machining, Gear Cutting and Induction hardening/Hard machining and Assemble Part
-Responsible for installation and start up of Soft Machining and Inductional Heat Treatment/Hard Machining and Assembly

Requirements:-

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline
-Min 3 years experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in CNC-machines/Grinding machine / Heat Treatment
-At least 2 years of working experience in the quality and process development area
-Good knowledge of process development
-Project management skills
-Problem solving skills
-Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-driven personality and strong business focus
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Good command of PC skills
