 职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
-Work with marketing & sales network for business development and to achieve aggressive annual sales and result target.
-Obtain and prioritize customer and production orders to ensure the production schedules and capacity meet the customers requested delivery time.
-Work with corresponding Product Managers of LSB cluster units in Europe for product management and business development.
-Collect & analysis market information on corresponding products, segments and competitors activities for LSB.
-Organize and participate in " focus" customer visits to explore business development opportunities.
-Manage Business Department and Customer Service Session together with Quality Department to handle administrative and technical customer complaints effectively in line with zero defects and zero broken promise targets.
-Develop customer database system to enhance management with accurate market information for strategy decisions.
-Conduct periodic market survey to enhance Company to position in market strategically.
-Monitor and negotiate the internal selling price level for the Company versus actual manufacturing cost to ensure Company's profitability level and BP targets.
-Reporting to GM and Being part of the Company management team and contribute to the success of the Company.

Requirements:
-University Degree in Economics or Marketing.
-Minimum 5 years industrial business management, business development and analysis experience.
-Willingness to travel frequently.
-Project Management skills.
-Microsoft Office skills including MS project.
-Good Knowledge in IT media tools - pictures, video, presentation materials editing and consolidation, etc.
-Fluent in command of English and Mandarin.
-Able to build relationships with others.
-Energetic, open and able to motivate and work in teams.
-A self-starter with high ethics.
