Responsibility: -Supports the Sales Team in winning sales opportunities. -Contributes to developing a winning strategy -Leads the development of proposal and presentations that meet the customer needs.
-Anticipates and handles objections during the sales process articulating clear and concise responses while positioning the benefits of the solution. -Be able to articulate a solution to a business/technical pain experienced by the prospect/customer. -Recognized technical expertise directly within Sales Team. -Leads RFI/RFP responses to feature/functionality questions, ensures compelling answers to questions. -Displays initiative and self-motivation and helps promote these qualities -Delivers high-quality and compelling presentations -Delivers high quality work and meets deadlines for both internal and external customers -Drives change to improve the working environment -Possesses excellent English communication and sales skills and continuously develops these skills -Manages complex projects by accurately assessing the level of effort, assigning project tasks to the team and resolving issues -Effectively manages workload with very little guidance. -Listens, understands, and responds concisely to complex questions and validates that the response is understood -Manages differing opinions within the sales team to create a win-win strategy and negotiates the best outcome for all parties.
Requirement: -Understands and can demonstrate a detailed knowledge in solutions consulting, application outsourcing services and application development and maintenance. -Possesses the skills and or experience necessary in solution selling and target account selling. -Experienced in the development of winning account plans -Good hands-on experience with systems architecture and application design, development languages and application development tools. -Effectively communicates through oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences.
