Responsibility:
-Daily support global SAP systems
-Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation for planned and support global BASIS activities
-Provide SAP BASIS support for global SAP systems and projects at required.
-Identify and resolve global SAP technical issues
-Investigate opportunities for performance tuning and create efficiency in standard BASIS processes
-Work with the SAP application team on project implementation or technical issues
-Part of an on-call support (24x7) rotation
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Certification of SAP technical consultant is preferred
-3+ years of SAP BASIS experience
-Experience in SAP R/3, NetWeaver, APO, BW, and Solution Manager
-Minimum of 1 full-life cycle implementations in SAP BASIS role
-Strong experience and capability with SUN Solaris, HP-UX, and Oracle.
-Network knowledge is a plus.
-Ability to work across multiple groups to initiate and drive process.
-Effective communication and English capacity
-Excellent team player, initiative work, and self-inspiring
-With strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively
