Job description: People management as well as process control are the keys to sound financial management. You'll lead a financial and accounting staff to deliver accounting data and financial information to management decision makers, accurately and on time. You'll direct the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures. Responsibilities increase from supervisor level where you'll lead the daily work of an assigned team, through first management level where you'll be in charge of a specialist discipline, to second level management where you'll manage work groups, drive finance programs and control profit for a business entity.
