Responsibilities:
Leading a team or assisting audit-in-charge in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in the consumer and industrial markets, covering retail, food and drink, consumer products, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, energy and natural resources and industrial and automotive products
Leading a team or assisting audit-in-charge on audit fieldwork
Working closely with clients and team members to identify and resolve issues
Visiting client's operation, on-site to gain further understanding of their business
Providing coaching and constructive feedback to junior team members
Involvement in drafting audit proposals and presentations
Ongoing learning and development by attending professional training
Experience:
Qualified accountant with at least 3 years audit experience with a major firm (applying for manager level with at least 5 years audit experience)
Strong business awareness and an ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
Team player
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
Socially confident with good diplomacy and organisation skills
Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving |
