PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within SAP Consulting, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a
group that provides remote SAP consulting service to SAP
customers. This group serves customers on a national and
international basis via tight cooperation with other local SAP
consulting teams. This means worldwide, as well as the
delivery commitment worldwide in the fields of solution areas
including mySAP ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM),
Customer Relation Management (CRM), Strategic Enterprise
Management (SEM) and Supplier Relation Management (SRM).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account
-Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application
Mandatory Skills:
-Core BI / SEM / BPS
-Excellent Communication skills
-Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
Secondary Skills
-Experience in Bid management
-Experience of Global projects
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
-Lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
-Providing leadership/ mentoring for team
-Involved in Bid Management
-Demonstrate creativity & thought leadership
-Act as trusted adviser to the customer
-Understand client requirement and assist in getting additional business from the client
-Independently plan and handle process workshops with the customer
-Manage customer expectations and avoid any es-calations.
-Manage and effectively handle escalations on pro-jects
-Should be able to manage and demonstrate capa-bility to handle concurrent task.
-Operates autonomously and receives management direction as appropriate.
WORK EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 10 IT years total experience with 6 years of SAP experience out which 2 to 3 Years in BI area.
-Experience of 3 years as a Team Lead is a must.
-Must have worked for Large organizations or on large complex projects
