PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES Within SAP Consulting, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a group that provides remote SAP consulting service to SAP customers. This group serves customers on a national and international basis via tight cooperation with other local SAP consulting teams. This means worldwide, as well as the delivery commitment worldwide in the fields of solution areas including mySAP ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relation Management (CRM), Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM) and Supplier Relation Management (SRM). As part of our current SAP GDC China growth plans and expansion of development capacities in China, development and retention of future managers as well as high potential key employees is of vital importance for our HR related work. The HR Business Partner for Personal Development will be driving our Talent Management Initiatives as well as our FASTtrack program for key employees. As part of this responsibility, the HR BP for Personal Development will be working with the SAP GDC China Leadership Team, other internal departments like our training department as well as qualified 3rd party HR consulting companies to implement and operate the framework for Talent and Personal Development. The HR BP for Personal Development will also identify, grow and monitor the development of managers as well as key employees to support and safeguard our growth plans for China through a KPI system and regular reviews with the direct managers and councils.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES -Fluent in English and Mandarin -5 years solid experience in Human Resources with MNC or HR consultancy company -Broad knowledge and experience in HR topics like staffing, compensation & benefit, and especially talent management and personal development. -Good understanding of HR business drivers for retention and development -Excellent communication skills -Excellent planning & organizing skills -Knowledge of ERP Systems especially project related desirable -Industry experience desirable
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS -Be the local HR internal contact for the development teams of business and oversee personal development activities in the subsidiary -Provide a whole range of HR consulting services to business managers in HR areas including especially focused on compensation management, talent management and personal development. -Designing training frameworks, long term incentives and job rotation schemes for our employees. -Supporting strategic change management efforts and deliverables where needed -Support development and implementation of the required HR solutions to the business -Smooth administration and monitoring of the FASTtrack and development programs. -Organize recognition and employee relations programs as well as special events for the group of FASTtrack employees. -Monitor and follow-up on performance feedback programs together with the management team. -Ensure excellence in execution of further global/regional/local projects implementation e.g. rolling out global initiatives such as talent management, succession planning etc.
