某外资公司招聘Java和.NET项目Team Leader
Team Leader ( .Net or Java )
JD:
Responsibilities:
-Provide oversight of team activities and technical direction to a team of 5 to 8 engineers
-Provide mentoring and on-the-job training for support engineers on team
-Ensure all metrics and deliverables are met for the applications supported by that team
-Ensure established processes related to all support activities are adhered to
-Serve as focal point for communications with customers related to incidents and customer requests
-Provide input to delivery manager for team member performance reviews and training plans
-Ensure reporting and other recurring outputs are delivered on time and error free
-Support and instill EDS values and philosophies in all team members
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above. Information Technology or Engineering Background Minimum 5 years experience
-Experience in high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
Very high technical knowledge in the technology / disciplines required for that team
-Excellent people skills, relationship building skills, and able to create a strong team environment
-Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
-Familiar with quality concepts and methodologies, especially ITIL
-Good computer skills required, especially with MS Office suite of applications
-Can work independently, and self directed
-Goal oriented, and effective as change agent (able to foster and promote change with team)
-Driven to excel and succeed, strong work ethic, energy and passion
-Able to adopt and support company values and goals, and serve as a role model to team
Technical Skill:
Mandatory
.NET Developer using C# (minimum 5 years continuous experience)
Visual Studio 2003 (familiarity with Visual Studio 2005 would be desirable)
SQL Server 2000
T/SQL
XML
ASP.NET / Web Services
Windows Forms (Smart Clients)
Excellent English skills in writing & reading, strong English in oral communication
NUnit
Familiar with Microsoft Patterns and Practices (including use of Microsoft Application Blocks and Enterprise Library)

Java Developer

JD:
Main Responsibilities
The developer's primary role is the construction of project software deliverables but in undertaking this, the developer is expected to support the broader objectives of the team. The developer role involves interpreting project requirements and design information into real world software artefacts.
The role will be client facing and working directly with the client.
Codes and Constructs software elements
Undertakes requirements determination and analysis.
Develops and documents detailed Technical Design of Architectural elements of the software application.
Updates project models with detailed design information
Investigates and resolves design ambiguity
Creates Unit test plans and cases for software elements
Conducts Unit testing of software elements
Creates System/Integration test plans and cases for software elements
Conducts System/Integration testing of software elements
Supports User Acceptance Testing
Participates in work product reviews
Mentors staff
Reports on progress of assigned tasks
Creates system and user documentation as required
Follows the Change Control Procedures
Identify Process and Procedure issues and propose resolutions.
Undertake project work within defined processes/ methodologies.
Actively input to process improvement processes
Assess and plan for training to provide skills required for projects and to meet the Organisational Training Plan requirements.
Reuse organisational assets and implement organisational policies/processes.
Trace software artefacts to design

Qualifications
Unix
3+years experience in Oracle Java
1 year experience in Java v1.4
Project conversions (MS JVM to SUN JVM preferred)
Self starter/fast learner to lead and develop changes in support of the migration from Microsoft JVM to SUN JRE
Excellent English skills in writing & reading, strong English in oral communication
Demonstrated problem solving, resolution and performance monitoring skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. Flexible approach to working across multiple teams, and willingness to rotate between teams and activities. Must have a positive attitude with a 'can do' approach to both day to day support and challenging new tasks. Must have a strong Customer focus.
