Position Purpose / Context Set up then develop the relationship with the GKP or MEP according to the company's principles& strategy, strengthen the management of GKP/MEP to assure their operation will support the healthy development of network. Monitor the distribution access& structure, also focus on the service on the final outlets. 按照公司策略建立与发展同GKP/MEP的良好合作关系,管理GKP/MEP的操作符合销售网络发展的要求,监控产品分销通路及结构,关注对终端售点的服务。
Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责 1.Develop & manage the GKP/MEP according to the company's network distribution principle /strategy & annual budget 按照公司分销网络发展策略及年度预算开发和管理GKP/MEP。 2.Grasp the market change information & the competitor’s activities timely, to occupy the all resource of GKP/MEP, block the competitors off to occupy the sales network’s competitive strength. 及时了解市场信息及竞争对手情况,抢占有效的分销商资源,屏蔽竞争对手,争取销售网络竞争优势。 3.Set up a healthy distribution structure to control the distribution access & price structure of the product 监控产品分销通路及价格结构,建立及维护良性的分销结构。 4.Organize & urge the sales team to implement the GKP/MEP manage standard 组织各销售单位落实分类执行部关于GKP/MEP管理的各项要求。 5.Analyze the management of the GKP/MEP & the operational KPIs of 3rd party, then via the analysis result to work out the amendment method for key problems to be follow up 执行部关于GKP/MEP管理的各类分析数据及第三方运作KPI,对重要问题和重点GKP/MEP进行专项整改跟进。 6.Focus on the service which GKP/MEP offered to the WS or final outlets, improve the network service according to the different GKP/MEP’s characters to promote the coverage of product. 关注GKP/MEP及批发商对终端售点的服务,通过中间商的服务特点拓展分销网络,提高产品渗透率。 7.Take part in the discussion to study out the contract between company and GKP/MEPs, check the GKP/MET new set-up or stop cooperation application 参与拟订第三方合作伙伴(GKP/MEP)协议,审核新建或终止第三方合作伙伴(GKP/MEP)合作申请。 8.Communication & cooperation on the calculating / checking / delivering the service discount of GKP/MET 协调GKP/MEP服务折让的计算、审核及发放。 9.Review & control the area set-up sensibility of GKP/MEP, monitor the volume contribution & the authenticity of the MDR order. 监控GKP/MEP的区域设置合理性、MDR销量贡献度及MDR订单的真实性。 10.Visit GKP/MEP/WS regular to know their need and comments on our service, then to resolve the problem by communicate with related department. 定期走访第三方合作伙伴(GKP/MEP)及批发商,了解客户的合理需求及服务意见反馈,并与相关部门协调解决或改善。

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications 职位相关要求/资格 1、Education教育程度:Tertiary education or above大专以上学历。 2、Experience资历经验: Above 3 years experience in sales management 3年以上销售管理经验。 3、Capability专业技能:Above 2 years WS/ 3rd party management or logistic management experience. 2年以上经销商管理或物流管理经验。 4、Others其 他: Have strong communication ability. Good at office software & reading English有良好的沟通表达能力,熟练使用办公软件,能够阅读普通英文资料。 |
