Responsibilities
- Manage the whole quality department in the company, including: raw materials inspections, cutting department, sewing and pressing lines and finished goods inspection. Set up their goals according to the company’s policy, be responsible for their training and professional level.
- Check raw materials according to the customer’s standards and confirm to use only qualified ones. Issue MRB for unqualified materials.
- Set up the standards and check the quality in the lines in all the departments and make sure that it matches to the customer’s standards.
- Check the pilots according to the customer’s standards.
- Check and confirm the pre production samples.
- Check the finished garments before sent to the warehouse according to the customer’s standards.
