Responsibilities
- In charge of the Production Department which includes the: Production, Planning, IT Maintenance Raw materials and finished goods ware house, printing room.
- Verify that the production capacity and planning matches the customer's needs.
- Shipment are planed and executed in according to customer's flow.
- Materials and finished garments are managed and well stored in the warehouse.
- To manage the staff in the Production Department.
- Be responsible to coordinate between the different departments in the company to make sure the orders will be produced in the best quality and delivered on time in the cheapest cost and the most efficient process.

- 核查生产能力和计划与客户要求相符。
- 按照客户的计划制定并执行发货任务。

- 负责与公司各部门间的协作，确保以最低的费用、最高的效率生产出最好质量的服装，按时发货。
公司描述：公司规模为１０００人欧洲服装制造企业，所有产品全部出口，公司主营高档男装．总经理和主要管理者全部来自欧洲，采用欧洲服装生产公司的管理模式，包括内部的ＥＲＰ系统．
