Responsibilities: Formulate and develop strategic HR policies and procedures and ensures that they are aligned with business goals and direction; Develop and maintain the process of human resources budgeting and prepare manpower forecasts to business needs; Establish, review and communicate all HR related policies and guidelines, and improve the HR management efficiency and service quality continuously; Keep eyes on the latest pay system in the industry to ensure the company pays are competitive enough to attract and/or retain the good talents; Ensures adherence to all applicable governmental regulations; Establish employee relations' structure to ensure effective communication between the company and employees, and to maintain an interactive and highly motivated work team; Develop the workforce plan together with business leaders, enhance talent sourcing and on-boarding processes, and continuously improve the recruiting and hiring of talent through multiple channels; Manage a Greater China HR team and provide coaching and guidance to HR team members in their daily work and support their learning and career development;
Qualifications: University degree holder in Human Resources Management or related subjects At least 10 years HR relevant experience and preferable from MNC environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with PRC labor law & regulations Excellent command of both English and Chinese Mature personality with proven ability to lead a large team across multiple operations. Strong management ability and know-how. Capable of making final decisions on operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives. Demonstrated consulting skills. |
