Principal Responsibilities: Be the Technical Design Authority for bids Support the proposition team and sales account managers to achieve annual billed revenue and SOV targets as per the sales compensation plan Provide Pre Sales consultancy/technical support in Managed Network Services and other areas of specialism For specific opportunities, develop a technical solution which delivers customer requirements that can be implemented by the implementation team Capture customer's technical requirements by attending customer and prospect meetings Provide technical hand-over to project management and customer service Be involved in funded project delivery in a consultancy capacity Maintain effective working relationships with all business units of Global Services in order to provide sound commercial and technical solutions to the customer Input technical information regarding the customer into BOSS and Protrak
