2)Strong V+ testing/dev/maintenance project exp, good at 9 modules of V+
3)Strong project management experiences
4)Strong exp on V+ testing process & workflow
5)Strong exp on Mainframe development, like COBOL/JCL/VSAM/CICS
6)Strong exp on overall V+ testing strategy, methodology
7)Strong exp on performance/load/automation/localization test
