Responsibilities
- In charge of the technical Department which includes the preparations of: BOM, patterns, markers, pilots, samples, development and transfer from development to production.
- Implement in the factory the best working system to achieve qualified garments according to the customers demands.
- Train and instruct the workers to achieve the best quality.
- Find ways and technologies to increase the efficiency.
- To verify that the markers are the most efficient and save consumption.
- To reduce the dead stock by finding replacements.
- To verify that the quality of the garments meets the customer request
- 负责技术部，包括以下准备工作：BOM、样板、排版、样品、产前样、研发，从开发转向生产。

- 对工人进行培训和指导达到最好的质量。

- 通过使用代替品减少死库存量。

公司描述：公司规模为１０００人欧洲服装制造企业，所有产品全部出口，公司主营高档男装．总经理和主要管理者全部来自欧洲，采用欧洲服装生产公司的管理模式，包括内部的ＥＲＰ系统．
