Key Accountabilities: -Support and provide HR leadership (100-300 employees) -Assist with the performance mgt process for the client group including performance review process , individual devt plan, succession plan , 360 reviews, career pathing and mentoring -Guide the salary planning process and individual salary decision consistent with the co. pay philosophy -Provide recommendations to creatively attract and retain professionals thrpugh promotions, market adjustments, reward and recognition etc. -Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values, and strategic vision of the business -Coordinate staffing process with O&S and hiring functions to identify optimal recruiting strategies -Ensuring top quality candidates hired in minimum cycle time
Required Skills: -Post Graduate Degree in HR or related field with 5-10 years experience in employee relations or other HR roles -Strong facilitation and problem solving skills coupled with ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus &assist with the implementation of related changes -Working knowledge of HR laws and practices -Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines -Strong interpersonal skills &ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of organization -Conflict resolution skills -Experience working in teams , both as leader and as team member -Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in rapidly changing environment |
