Principal Responsibilities: -Understanding existing process and operational practices. -Analysis of current performance from customer’s point of view using various metrics like cycle time, right first time, cost per cycle and customer satisfaction. Drive workshops with key stakeholders to design new improved solutions like organizational redesign, process redesign and systems redesign. -Facilitate trials of new business models and processes.
Requirements: -Minimum 4 years experience business or process analysis -University degree in business or related field -Near native fluency in English required as most work is done over the phone with a diverse set of people with different accents -Confidence to dig deep into problem areas -Strong interpersonal skills -Strong analytical ability and experience with analytical tools -Humble attitude and excellent ability to work well with others |
