Commissioned by one of famous companies to recruit the following position:
This company is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative , cost-effective energy storage and power delivery solutions.
Responsibilities
-Liaise and manage the business relationship with the Contract Manufacturing (CM) partner in Tianjin and coordinate with the global headquarters on a daily basis.
-Handle all operation issues in the plant, propose and communicate solutions with US and Switzerland.
-Responsible for the plant's daily operations, including but not limited to production control, quality control, technical sources and/or implications
-Provide direction to the CM partner in TJ as regards to daily production work and assist in solving production problems effectively
-Formalize the Supply Chain processes between the CM partner and the Group
-Qualify vendors, conduct supplier survey and quality control, in collaboration with company in San Diego / Switzerland and the CM partner in China.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, MBA is plus
-Able to identify and understand problems, both in production and organization, find the most efficient way towards the solution and successfully resolve the problems
-Proven experience in contract manufacturing management
-Extensive project management knowledge
-Strong negotiation and coordination skills with vendors
-Excellent interpersonal and communication/English skills
Special Requirement:
-Willing to travel and must have the necessary documentation to travel outside of China (U.S. or Europe).
-This position will be based either in TJ. |
