Responsibilities:
a) To handle customer inquire regarding rate quotation, including investigation of regional operation costs and service terms. b) To establish and keep good relationship with local railway bureaus, railway stations. c) To identify and analyze the local market in terms of import, export and domestic rail cargo movements in your respective corridor / territories. d) To gather competitor information and share it with relevant TMT staff. And sharing your experience to assist local staff to gain the business. e) To streamline working processes within your region with a view to avoid errors and generally get the job done on time. f) To ensure all local operational agreements are within effective period. g) To work with TMT Finance staff to ensure timely freight collection and charges, minimize accounts receivables in general and eliminate overdue accounts receivables in particular. h) To submit monthly report /bi-weekly master sales report timely by using agreed/required format to PRCTMTRAIL. i) To make suggestions for improvements in all matters within your area of responsibility and ability to execute timely various projects assigned by TMT management. j) To prepare Job description & KPI for local staff. k)Ensure adherence to the TMT's business SOP.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years sales or marketing experience with transportation industry, shipping or logistics preferred; 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 3. Open character and willing to take challenges; 4. Proactive and take the initiative to blaze the trail; 5. Good English both written and spoken; |
