 职位描述/要求：
Objectives of Role

1. Respond to employee and vendor inquiries related topics.
2. Process requisition and contract related transactions while achieving SLA metrics in a controlled manner.
3. Escalate issues where desk procedures are unclear in a timely manner.
4. Recommend process or documentation improvements.
5. Provide timely status and feedback to the management team.


Responsibility

1. PO Processing
Responsible for resolution of the issues identified on the client's list of failed PO transmission which is provided by the client on a regular basis.
Deploying Reconciliation measures to correct PO release and delivery errors in conjunction with client IT and the vendor maintenance team.
2. General
Skilled use of APS tools
Strong understanding of the SLAs
3. Meet appropriate SLAs for each activity.
Identify opportunities to improve quality of operations.
4. To provide high quality customer service to employees and vendors in response to email, telephone or fax enquiries.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong customer care skills.
2. Helpful and proactive manner, with a service orientation
3. Drives issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Good administration skills
6. Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
8. Preferably Remedy, SAP-like, Emptoris-like and EBP-like tools.
9. Ideally a graduate with Basic IT background
10. Must be comfortable working with computers and quick at learning new software tools.
11. Must have strong reasoning skills to be able to make subjective decisions.
12. Excellent spoken and written languages skills.
13. General Business experience of 1-2 years experience working in a PO processing and management environment (1st tier)
