We are China's largest independent foreign tax consultancy and provide a complete range of business services in China. Our clients include international SMEs (e.g., servicing some 1,000 clients in China from 47 different countries). We established our first office in Shenzhen (South China) in 1992, followed by Shanghai in 1994, Beijing in 1995, and Dalian in 2004 and Guangzhou in 2005. We also have a liaison office in Hong Kong. In total, we have staff strength of 80 professionals, led by our Regional Partners in each of the cities we operate. Our international and local experts are all versed in the legal, accounting and marketing fields in China. 50% of our staff are qualified Chartered Public Accountants, including ten who hold overseas CPA qualifications. Our service professionals are all fluent in Mandarin and English, and many in other languages including Cantonese, Russian, Italian and Greek. Among our services, we include Business Registrations and Licensing for Representative Offices, Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises and Joint Ventures. We also provide Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Re-structuring advisory services. Finally, We also provide tax compliance and advisory services, together with corporate accounting services on both retainer and project basis.

We also publish the well-known China Briefing monthly magazine, which contains articles about China law, tax and other related business issues. The website is available (free subscription) at www.china-briefing.com. We are the consulting firm to have provided this service consistently with in-house written articles, commencing with China Briefing in March 2000. We publish 35,000 printed copies, the website gets 400,000 viewers per month, consolidating our position as and most established of the independent firms.
