职责/Responsibility:
履行人力资源专业职能,包括人员招聘、雇佣、赔偿、培训、终止或退休。 This position performs professional HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, compensation, training and termination or retirement. 协助办公室的运作、管理维护办公房屋及物品,包括办公室清洁等等;作为主要负责人与物业管理、外包商以及供应商等等进行联系/Assisting with general running of the office, managing maintenance of office premises and contents, includingoffice cleaning etc. Liaising with and being main point of contact for building management, contractors and suppliers etc. 维护办公设备(如复印机),包括订购、与供应商联系、以及必要时安排维修/Maintenance of office equipment (eg. photocopiers), including ordering of supplies, liaising with suppliers and arranging repairs, as necessary. 订购和保管一般办公用品/Ordering and maintaining general stationery supplies for the office.
要求/Requirements: 人力资源或相关领域专业/Degree in Human Resource or related field. 熟悉大连市政府政策法规/Knowledge of Dalian government regulations 有人力资源管理实际操作经验/Experience in HR functions at operation level. 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧/Excellent oral and written communication skill 精通英语/Proficient English能够较好地与他人共处/Ability to get on with staff at all levels. 有良好的组织能力、细心、有耐性/Organized, careful and patient |
