Head of Support Functions Job Overview Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Dalian Office including facilities management, overseeing financial reporting and procurement in addition to handling tax, legal, corporate security and internal audit issues with support from the various Regional Heads.
Key Responsibilities -Facilities Management -Manage day to day relationship with building management -Project manage all office renovations and expansion projects -Supervise administrative staff -Finance, Tax and Treasury Support -Coordinate with the vendors and internal Finance Department on billing and settlement of accounts receivable and payable -Assist Regional Business Finance and GM in preparing forecasts when required, as part of regular regional forecasting cycle or on an ad-hoc basis when requested -Coordinate general office procurement, T&E reporting, etc with Sydney Controlling -Support the GM, Regional Finance and Tax teams to ensure 100% compliance with local government regulations and with internal company policies. -Ensure all local recordkeeping compiles with internal and external regulations -Liaise with local accounting firm and Sydney Controlling on the annual audit -Provide local support to Asia Treasury with regards to Company’s banking relationships -Corporate Governance -Implement policy for Emergency Evacuation, Health & Safety, Access Controls and Business Contingency Planning as prescribed by regional guidelines -Assist in internal audits as required -Serve as Risk Champion for Dalian -Monitor contract renewal (Customer & 3rd party vendor)
Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes -Bachelor degree in finance or business administration with at least 5 years post qualification experience. Master degree is preferred. -Experience with a software development or outsourced services company a positive -Ability to work under pressure and in a start-up environment -Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and native level Mandarin -Strong interpersonal skills -Overseas working experience is highly desirable -Self-starter who requires only minimum supervision and has a willingness to take the lead on new initiatives to improve overall business. -Must be a strong team player with leadership qualities 工作地点:大连软件园 年薪:30万左右; Fiance Manager 财务经理 工作职责:

Responsibilities:
-Execute audits in all areas- Operations, Financial and Compliance across regions/functions depending on CAS internal audit plan -Assess risk & develop control framework to build up the Controllership competency across businesses and geographies. -Identify process / policy standardization opportunities & drive initiative -Rigor audit process to validate financials which direct links to senior management, KPMG and audit committee
