Responsibilities：
Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive process improvements；
Mentor Six Sigma quality projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified；
Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations；
Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data；
Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma；
Best practice sharing & implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor or equivalent；
At least 2 years related work experience；
With statistics and analytical mind；
Working experience in factory will be a plus；Excellent English

Quality Lead
Major Responsibilities:
Design, re-design the training material, plan, conduct and co-ordinate training across the Global Business Service Centers on all Quality Initiatives - Six Sigma, ISO, VOC, Quality Orientation programs etc. Co-ordinate with the global center’s Quality Supervisors/ Process Quality Leads/ Managers to retain current certifications, explore and plan new certificate across Global Business Centers for all processes Design; re-design the voice of customer process methodology, and ensuring a smooth, regular and stable voice of customer process across the global business centers Design, redesign and standardize the training materials on Green Belt, Black Belt, ISO, Internal Auditor, VOC, Quality Orientation modules Continuously educate all partners on Six Sigma tand project certifications Continuously support operation teams to gain productivity and accuracy level up through all quality methodologies and approaches.
Qualification: -Excellent English speaking/writing skills 1) Minimum 3 years working experience, 5+ preferred BPO working 2) Quality experiences in BPO at least 3 - 4 years 2) BB or higher 3) Good communication & presentation skill 4) Initiative & Good teamwork 5) Strong business sense & quick learning 6) Proficient in English including oral and written skills, Japanese is advantage 7) Minimum babachelor degree
