Job responsibilities: -Provide full spectrum of HR support such as compensation and benefits administration, succession planning, employee relations, training and development, and performance management system. -Review business needs and recommend strategies on manpower deployment, sourcing and development. -Define the staffing strategies, channels and processes. -Provide a quality recruitment process to business managers. e.g. regular communication, assisting with writing job specifications, meeting with the business managers to discuss approaches and market conditions. -Review and implement compensation and benefits and ensure its market competitiveness. -Develop and implement local HR procedures and policies and develop HR handbook. -Develop extensive training plans for the engineers and staff. -Deliver specific internal training courses as appropriate e.g. Orientation program, performance feedback tool. |
