Executive Summary of the Job and the Incumbent
The open may be one of the following:
CEO, CFO, Finance Controller, General Manager, Plant Manger, VP/Director/Manager for HR/OD/Operations/Sales/Marketing/Quality/Lean Production/Six Sigma/Supply Chain/Logistics
Bachelor degree in the related filed, MBA or Master in the related discipline in good university (international university preferred)
Must be fluent in written and spoken English except the in the case that the companies are local company and they do not need the English as working language
At least 10 years related experience in manufacturing companies, of which at least 3 years experiences in the leadership role.
Must be very strong and experienced in planning, organization, and strategy management
Have very good understanding with business strategy and operation, can translate the business strategy into monthly, weekly and daily operation
Can lead a team of the professionals to deliver the output to the internal clients and external clients in time.
In some cases our we need the candidates know not only English but also other language, such as Chinese /French /German
Having good knowledge and or experience Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma Leadership/Or Continuous Improvement is a plus, can work with different level of people from different background to drive the performance of the organization.
