岗位职责(Responsibilities)：
1. 熟悉房地产市场的行情与现状，能够分析研究房地产行业发展趋势.
2. 能够完成各种地产类型的市场调研工作.
3. 能够撰写房地产及相关行业的分析及报告.

2. Conduct various real estate market study.
3. Write real estate market report in English.
职位要求(Requirements)：
1. 大学本科以上学历，房地产、土木工程、建筑、经济学或相关专业.
2. 至少二年以上房地产市场/调研的工作经验.
3. 英语流利，能够撰写英文报告.
4. 具有较强的统计分析能力.
5. 责任心强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力.
6. 熟悉Office办公应用软件，熟练操作计算机和相关办公设备.
1. At lease bachelor degree in real estate, architecture, finance or relevant.
2. At least 2 years working experience in real estate or market research, overseas study or working experience is preferred.
3. Excellent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent mandarin, can write market research report in both English and Chinese.
4. Strong statistics and financial analysis skills.
5. Team spirit and take challenge and pressure.
6. Proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
