Responsibilities:
岗位职责：

• To prepare detailed area market studies, identify potential sites, service stations or lands.
  进行市场调查，提交市场调研报告, 分析潜在油站或地点；
  
• To contact with local actors on the market for the necessary information of potential sites, list the opportunities and define an action plan.
  与当地油站经营者联系，获取相关信息，建立合作关系并制定行动计划；
  
• To assess the possible sites and assets, prepare economical analysis.
  对油站进行资产评估和经济分析；
  
• To deal with local government and handle the relationship with administration department, prepare reports as per the requirements and presentation files for internal validation.
  处理协调和政府等相关部门的关系，根据要求准备可行性报告和报批报告（中英文）。

Requirements:
岗位要求:

• At least university bachelor degree.
  须具有本科学历；
  
• At least 2 years working experience, with experience of network development、operation or sales.
  至少2年工作经验，具备加油站网络开发经验、其他连锁商业开发运营经验或推销经验；
  
• Knowledge of the retail network and good economics calculation ability.
  须具备零售业经济分析能力；
  
• Team spirit and communication oriented.
  良好的团队精神和沟通能力；
  
• Strong capacity in written English and communication capacity in oral English
  （English will be tested during interview）
  英语具备较好书面和口语基本沟通能力（候选者将被测试英语口语）
  
• Strong negotiation skills.
  良好的谈判能力；
