 职位描述/要求：
Report to: General Manager
Responsibilities:
-Provide general secretarial services to the General Manager and handle general company administration job.
-Composes letters and memoranda from verbal direction or from knowledge of company policy or procedures.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings and facilities that may include travel arrangements.
-Establish and maintain files and records.
-Handle company administrative affairs, coordinate hotel & air ticket booking, etc.
-Handle other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years secretarial or administrative experience.
-Customer oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of spoken & written English.
-Good PC & typing skills.
