Responsibilities:
The role of (Sr.) Mechanical Design Engineer is to be member of mechanical projects team.He/She will be responsible for detailed mechanical design and implementation of mechanical projects that are complied in cost,quality and schedule with the main project targets. He/She focus in all actions to fulfill the target of the projects with high Customer Satisfaction level and guarantee that quality will be considered every time.
作为结构设计项目组的成员，负责细化结构设计，并保证项目按时按质在预定成本范围内完成。她/他的一切工作都以在最大限度地满足客户需求，保证质量的前提下完成项目为目标。
·Technical Conversion of defined mechanical products from concept to mass production with consideration of the project requirements concerning function,time and quality.
·Technical consultation with suppliers & production during development process.
·Supply of 3D CAD data,2D drawings and technical specifications.
·Execute and support useable preventive quality tools like FMEA's,design-reviews,tolerances analyses.
·Control mechanical changes (internal and on supplier side) until mass production together with the mechanical project manager.
·support production process releases.
·在满足项目的功能，时间和质量的需求下，实现结构设计方案；
·在研发阶段和供应商及生产线探讨技术细节；
·负责创建相关的三维架构，二维图纸和技术规范；
·使用有效的质量防范工具如故障模式和效应分析，设计评审，公差分析；
·和相关项目成员一起控制到量产前的结构的设计变更；
·支持生产流程的确认。
Requirements:
·Several years of professional experience in consumer or industrial product development.
·Technical knowledge (Product and application know how concerning mobile phones).
·Quality knowledge (Know how and experiences concerning using of quality tools as FMEA,Tolerance analysis,etc.).
·Commercial knowledge (Know how concerning mechanic related product and process cost aspects).
·MS office skills (powerpoint,outlook,project,word,excel etc.,).
·3D CAD-Tools ( IDEAS,ProE,Catia,etc).
·Fluency in written and spoken English.
·Ability to Analyze; Team Skills;Initiative;Organization and Quality Orientation.

·了解和手机相关的产品和应用技术；
·有相关的质量知识，知道和使用过如故障模式和效应分析，公差分析等质量工具；
·熟悉和结构相关的产品和流程的成本构成；
·较强的办公室软件使用技巧（powerpoint,outlook,project,word,excel等等）
·能够熟练地使用相关三维绘图软件（IDEAS，ProE，Catia等等）
·较好的英文说写能力，分析能力；
·良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，以组织和质量为导向。 |
