Job Description － Manage and deliver medium to high complexity projects. － Create and update project and program plans with actual and forecasts and manage deviations from plan and project parameters. － Manage program and project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed. － Obtain and manage all necessary services and resources involved with assigned projects. － Review and approve all appropriate project expenditures. － Direct the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into system specifications. This would include the following deliverables: Project requests / justifications and project charters Project and resource plans; budgets; project status reports; project issue logs Meeting agendas and minutes Business and functional requirements; use cases; process and data flow diagrams Technical framework / context diagrams Test cases and test scripts Training materials Requirement： － Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and inspire teams. － Fluent in English and Chinese － BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related degree － 5+ Years IT Project Management experience, with 3-5 Years in Financial Services Industry － Experience with Finance applications especially F/X markets and other related functions － Demonstrated understanding of the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions. － Working knowledge of one or more of the following: RUP, Rational Rose, UML, Quality Center or other business process mapping tools, and enterprise report writing tools such as Crystal Reports. － Excel at team motivation and delegation. － Excellent verbal and written communication skills. － Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the enterprise including senior-level executives, business users, developers. － Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. － Superb problem solving and organizational skills. － Expertise with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
