Sales Manager
Job Description: -Deliver against sales quotas. -Lead the sales team t-deliver the business's financial and telecom targets; -Manage, Support and motivate sales team t-provide best customer experience and solutions based on the customer's needs through effective communication over the phones; -Work with cross-functional teams t-develop sales incentive programs, career development opportunities, reporting mechanisms, and marketing programs.
Requirements: oCollege diploma or above, 5+ years sales working experience with 2+ year in people management role. IT industry, call center working experience preferred -Proven track record of success in managing a sales group t-achieve targets. -Have experience and ability t-coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics. -Good at developing and coaching direct reports t-continuously improve their individual performance. -Be good at English.
