主要职责：负责质量管理体系的建立，相关文件的准备及ISO的认证工作；负责基建及生产过程中，质量管理体系的实施、保持和改进工作。
It is a wide and varied role, actively supporting the Chief Quality Officer and the Management with quality and compliance issues while supporting the implementation of an ERP system.Therefore it requires a candidate with a positive and proactive work ethic.
The work of the Quality Officer will include the following activities:
Start-up Phase:
-Define and detail processes and quality procedures in conformance
with ISO and customer certification requirements
-Define and install an integrated Quality Management System
-Actively support the implementation of an ERP/PPS system
-Prepare and lead ISO and customer certification
After Start-up:
-Manage integrated Quality Management System and proactively develop and
maintain quality systems and procedures, in line with changes in laws, standards and regulations and ensure process improvements
-Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the
organization and ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
-Care for ERP/PPS System
-Prepare and conduct ISO and customer audits
-Lead, train and persuade staff to apply and adhere to quality standards,
methods and regulations and identify any relevant quality-related training needs
-Prepare monthly quality reporting to the management
-Manage measures and corrective action in the event of quality problems
-Handle actively and efficiently complaints management
-Advise technology team on quality and regulatory compliance standards
-Assess suppliers' and own company's product specifications and customer
requirements and work together with purchasing staff to establish quality
requirements from external suppliers
-Consider the application of environmental standards and ensure compliance
with national and international standards and legislation

-Experienced in ISO, quality assurance & environment matters
-Experienced in producing statistics, QA & environment reporting
-Experienced in either metal production, metallurgy, mechanical engineering,
-aerospace or chemical industry

-Experienced in the use of ERP systems
-Training and coaching experience
