Main Responsibilities
Paryoll Ensure all Co-workers are paid accurately and on time. Administer annual pay changes in a timely manner. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and reconciliation of the monthly payroll. Responsible for ensuring all benefits are administered in a timely manner according to company’s benefit program and Local labour law and regulations. Provide HR system knowledge training to Line Managers.
Information Provide necessary information to HR Manager, Line Managers and Service Office HR Department. Information communication with all co-workers on company’s and Local benefits policy, routines or Project information.
Administration Uniform and Co-worker locker. HR related document and affairs.
HR function development Proactively involved in the development of the HR function.
Knowledge Processing and understanding payroll including statutory calculations. Local Labour Market KPI knowledge. A strong understanding of the company Concept and an ambassador of the Culture & Values
Skill Key user to HR database, Scheduling, Clocking and Payroll system. Facilitator skill to transfer all above knowledge to line-managers. Good communication skill with others. Strong administrative skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
