Position: Network Consulting Engineer (regular headcounts)
Location – Dalian, China (newly set-up)
Language requirements – Mandarin and Japanese (+ English)
Working experience – at least 3 to 5 years
Technical requirements – CCNA and CCNP preferred (IT support relevant experience is also considered)
Training in India – first month of employment
RESPONSIBILITIES
-To help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. The NCE delivers the technologies; solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks.
-Act as the "Cisco’s face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
-Responsible for providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco accounts.
-The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues.
-Technical requirements: NOS Delivery – Network Operations Service, SWS & PE&O – Software Strategies, Performance Engineering and Optimization, UC – Unified Communications, Security – Network Security.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the IT industry.
-CCNA, CCNP certifications is preferred.
-Must have good knowledge of Cisco product lines and technology.
-Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
-Possess good technical account management skills.
-Have strong communication and customer facing skills.
-Language skills in Japanese and Mandarin is a must, and fluency in English is also very important.
