 职位描述/要求：
Sales Support Manager


Description
Creates & Distributes daily/weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports
Maintaining and reporting business related data
Maintains databases and updates as needed
Work on projects (enhancements/new requests) to support user’s requirements to drive business
Improvement of systems/technical tool to drive efficiency and greater automation
Work with Biz Analyst team to understand business requirements and design reports to meet the requirements accordingly. Lead and Manage the overall new report development process.
Considers the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment e.g. Business Intelligence (BI) project
Acts as subject-matter expert on business processes and serves as business representative

Qualification
Strong business analytical skills
Well versed in MS Access & MS Excel
Knowledge in SQL, Database Management and Project Management will be an added advantage
Team player
Self-motivated with learning enthusiasms
Willing to work on some weekends on rotation to support Business’ need
Must be curious and proactive towards the tasks assigned. Ability to prioritise requests and deliver result per agreed timeline
Able to work without supervision
Ability to deliver quality results under stress and deadline.
