Responsibilities:
To develop tailored solutions, maintain and pursue continuous improvements in full HR functions covering:
- HR planning, recruitment & selection, key position back up /succession;
- Employee training and development;
- Compensation & benefits;
- Employee relationship;
- Personnel affairs management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 3 yrs experience or above at similar position, experience in mechanical manufacturer is a plus;
- High responsibility consciousness, strong team spirit
- Solid HRM knowledge, familiar with labor related laws and regulations
- Strong interaction and communication skills, good at motivation Excellent English
