Job Description:

• Responsible for sourcing locomotive, off highway vehicle and wind bearings in China.
• As the owner of the projects and suppliers, responsible for project execution, managing the suppliers to stick on the project schedule and delivery plan, tracking project status and issues, reporting to global and cross-functional teams.
• Working closely with global team, communicate and solve technical and quality issues with engineering and quality teams; participate and contribute to the global sourcing efforts/meetings
• Negotiating with suppliers to get best interest and benefits for COMPANY and providing commercial supports to US sourcing teams
• Building up effective and solid communication channels with suppliers’ top management teams to ensure quality, on-time project execution and on-time delivery.
• Proactively looking for new opportunities, play a key role in supplier qualification and auditing.

Qualifications:

• Strong bearing manufacturing/design background.
• Solid quality control experience or bearing manufacturing shop floor experience.
• Experience of developing new products for exporting is preferred
• Strong influencing and communication skills, be able to work with US sourcing team, engineering and quality team with diversified personalities and cultures on a daily basis 
• BS degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline
• Good English written and spoken capability is required.
