Key Responsibilities: v Responsible for all incoming calls & switchboard operation v Visitor's reception, appropriate arrangement and service delivers to Visitors v Support assistance in other office functions Requirements: v Bachelor degree with major in English or Management v At least one year experience in receptionist position or office administration v Good Computer skill in Word, Excel and PPT etc. v Speak fluent English and Mandarin v Well-mannered and Customer service minded v Hard-working, independent and professional attitude v Willing to do daily routine work |
